FLAVOUR PROFILE: Earthy, green, and softly herbaceous

DIRECTIONS: Use 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf per cup of freshly boiled water. Steep covered for 10–15 minutes, or longer for a stronger infusion. An overnight infusion is recommended for a richer herbal extraction.
