Prairie Roots Botanical is a one-woman, small-batch apothecary based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. All items are handcrafted in small batches using whole plants and natural ingredients. As a result, colour, texture, and scent may vary from batch to batch. This variation is normal and part of the nature of handmade herbal goods.

Products offered by Prairie Roots Botanical are traditional herbal goods intended for general, everyday use only. They are:

5. Responsibility & Acknowledgment Form

Prairie Roots Botanical reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if the form has not been completed.

7. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

Payment is accepted via e-transfer and must be received within 5 hours of placing the order.

Auto-deposit is enabled; if a security answer is required, instructions are provided at checkout and in order communications.

If payment is not received within the stated timeframe, the order may be cancelled and items released back into inventory.

Prairie Roots Botanical reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, lack of stock, or other issues.

8. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Local Pickup

Orders ship from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, using carriers such as Canada Post and Sendle.

Shipping timelines vary according to location and carrier and are estimates only, not guarantees.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss and delay passes to the customer.

Tracking is provided whenever available.

For local pickup, customers are responsible for collecting their orders within a reasonable timeframe after notification.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted, except where required by law.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact Prairie Roots Botanical within 3 days of receiving your package so that a good-faith resolution can be explored. See the separate Refund / Return Policy page for details.

All text, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, logos, and branding on this site are the intellectual property of Prairie Roots Botanical (unless otherwise credited) and are protected by copyright and related laws.

Delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers;

If liability is found despite this limitation, it is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

13. Indemnification

By using this site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prairie Roots Botanical and its owner from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of products, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
